Le Cabinet SomeOne accompagne l'un de ses clients dans le recrutement d'un·e Auditeur Technique Confirmé / Building Surveyor, basé·e à Paris.

Vos missions:

En tant que Senior Building Surveyor, vous intervenez sur un large spectre de prestations d'expertise technique, de la faisabilité à l'après-achèvement :

  • Piloter et réaliser des
    audits techniques
    , évaluations de détériorations et diagnostics de bâtiments.
  • Intervenir sur l'ensemble des commissions techniques :
    murs mitoyens, projets neufs, rénovations, travaux d'entretien
    , administration contractuelle et suivi jusqu'à l'après-examen.
  • Assurer la
    gestion complète des projets
    , dans le respect des procédures internes et des exigences clients.
  • Préparer, suivre et ajuster les
    programmes d'entretien préventifs
    .
  • Mettre en place un
    contrôle qualité
    rigoureux sur les projets.
  • Communiquer étroitement avec les clients, les sous-traitants et l'équipe projet, en apportant des conseils professionnels fiables.
  • Vérifier l'ensemble des informations
    quantitatives, financières et techniques
    avant diffusion.
  • Produire et présenter des
    rapports techniques
    clairs et structurés.
  • Préparer les
    offres commerciales
    et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de développement.
  • Informer rapidement votre hiérarchie de tout problème pouvant impacter les projets ou l'assurance de responsabilité civile professionnelle.

  • Développer et entretenir des
    relations clients fortes et proactives

  • Encadrer et accompagner les collaborateurs moins expérimentés.
  • Contribuer au développement de l'activité de l'unité opérationnelle.

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5
    , idéalement école d'ingénieur, master professionnel ou licence technique.
  • 5 à 8 ans d'expérience
    en audit technique, expertise bâtiment, maîtrise d'œuvre ou domaine connexe.
  • Très bonne connaissance :
  • des pratiques d'audit et de conformité,
  • de l'administration de contrats,
  • des procédures et contrôles qualité,
  • de l'évaluation des dégâts et des enjeux liés aux murs mitoyens,
  • du pilotage d'entrepreneurs avant / après construction.

  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de communication et de rédaction.

  • Français et anglais professionnels
    requis.
