Social Media Assistant
to join our Social Media team for a 6-month internship.

Role Overview

As a
Social Media Assistant
, you will play a key role in bringing The Frankie Shop's visual storytelling to life across our digital channels. You will be responsible for managing our social community and creating engaging content that aligns with the brand's identity while staying ahead of trends in luxury fashion and digital media.

Responsibilities

  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video and photo content for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and strategies for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.
  • Edit and repurpose content for different platforms while adhering to each platform's guidelines and audience expectations.
  • Support day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring engagement, and assisting in influencer collaborations, and community management.
  • Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to provide insights for content innovation.
  • Work with the Social Media Manager on platform-specific strategies.
  • Assist the Digital Content Manager with copywriting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in filming and editing digital content (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in editing software such as CapCut.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their guidelines, trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Passion for fashion and an eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle content creation is a plus.
  • Internship Agreement required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Based in Paris.
