Job Responsibilities

  • Track global macroeconomic trends and policies, e-commerce platform data and developments, as well as competitors' logistics operations and network status; analyze industry trends and competitive landscape, and regularly produce insight reports to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in building the market insight system, maintain smooth internal and external industry information flow, verify information accuracy through multiple channels, and enrich market information sources.
  • Conduct research on forward-looking and strategic topics related to the company's development, and provide evidence and solutions for the company's decision-makers.
  • Participate in coordinating internal and cross-departmental communication to promote the implementation of strategic management work.
  • Fulfill other urgent tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Qualifications & Skill Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in logistics, supply chain, business studies or related fields preferred.
  • Work Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in industry research, competitor analysis, market insight is preferred; or extensive hands-on experience in express logistics operations.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English for cross-border communication; proficiency in French, Italian or other minor languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to overseas assignments or long-term business trips.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PPT and Word.
  • Competencies: Strong ability to conduct independent research, analyze and solve problems; excellent insight and logical thinking skills; quick learning and summarization capabilities; good at cross-departmental collaboration and communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 5,000.00€ - 7,500.00€ per month
