About what you will do:
As a Senior Memory Device Engineer, you will play a key role in demonstrating and developing the core functionality of our breakthrough memory technology.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Using your expertise in magnetic device modeling to develop realistic micromagnetic models that guide design and materials development.

  • Leveraging your understanding of device physics to analyze and interpret electrical device data.

  • Collaborating closely with test, process, and design teams to understand and optimize device behavior across materials and design iterations.


About who you are:

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in device physics, modeling, and simulations of MRAM or related magnetic devices.

  • Strong understanding of fundamental magnetic device physics, including domain wall dynamics and spin transfer torque phenomena.

  • Solid grasp of the impact of process variability and defects on device performance and reliability.

  • Hands-on experience with magnetic films and device characterization in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

  • Problem-solver at heart, eager to tackle complex challenges that blend physics, materials, and technology.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a multidisciplinary start-up environment.
