Sales Engineer – Hospital Laboratory Analyzers & Reagents (Central France)

We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer to promote and sell laboratory analyzers and reagents to hospitals and private labs across Central France. You will manage your territory, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth while upholding ethical and professional standards.

What You'll Do:

• Actively develop new markets with a territory plan approved by management

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships

• Handle complex sales across multiple product ranges

• Propose innovative strategies and commercial approaches

• Ensure proper use of solutions and deploy organizational sales strategy

• Update CRM regularly with opportunities, contacts, events, quotes, and contracts

• Support strategic accounts and participate in regional/national trade events

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in a scientific field with strong commercial skills

• Proven sales experience in hospital and private lab settings, with analyzers and reagents

• Knowledge of hospital/lab environments; microbiology or molecular biology experience is a plus

• Strong understanding of customer networks

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills

• Strategic thinking about the market, influence networks, and decision-making

• Professional-level English
