The team:

In the Product Design team, as a Product Designer, you will work closely with other designers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive and beautiful user interfaces and flows.

Your role will involve participating in the design process from concept to implementation, helping to bring our product vision to life. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and make a meaningful impact on our products.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with other designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various projects.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights and validate design decisions.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in iterative design processes, incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve the user experience.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a cohesive visual language across all products, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
• Produce and update design documentation to clearly communicate and justify design decisions and guidelines.

What we're looking for:

• Some experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field. Internships, first professional experience, or relevant project work are a plus.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience and interest in AI powered tools.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting beautiful, user-centered designs.
• A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Ability to think critically and solve design challenges creatively.
• An understanding of user-centered design principles and a dedication to creating user-friendly solutions.
• Open-minded, strong team player and eager to collaborate, both with other designers, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Nice to have: Experience or interest in the Web3 or Blockchain industry
