We are currently hiring Managers for our Paris office, in Data Strategy Consulting.

What You'll Do

You will typically lead a team of 2-5 consultants to help clients design their strategies and transform their business, all under the guidance of hands-on Partners:

• Manage client projects with primary responsibility for client satisfaction, team excellence, and delivery on time and to our high quality standards

• Manage day-to-day client relations and build long-term relationships 

• Structure the problem-solving process and develop project schedules, assign team work, lead team and provide adequate mentoring and training

• Support lead generation and project acquisition : proposal preparation and presentation

• Provide topical expertise and intellectual leadership to project teams

• Develop intellectual capital in targeted areas as full member of our leadership team

• Develop teams through contributions to recruitment, training, and communication

What You'll Bring

• Problem-solving mindset with a creative, analytical, and structured approach to strategy design

• Ability to make compelling, data-driven arguments while appreciating and considering competing viewpoints in a team setting

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with the capability to translate facts and data into meaningful insights and recommendations

• Project management skills and experience in Data / Strategy or management consulting contexts

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the capacity to build trusted relationships with internal and client team members

• Desire to build and grow the firm and its business
