Job Summary

Our exciting mission in HCI Data Architecture is to make insights easily accessible to other Business teams through quality data, analytics and data visualization tools. We are seeking a motivated Data Management & Digital Transformation Intern to join our Global Human & Consumer Insights (HCI) department.

We are seeking a motivated Data Management & Digital Transformation Intern to join our Global Human & Consumer Insights (HCI) department.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of the organization. This is a 6-month internship based in our creative center in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

 
Where You'll Make a Difference 

Support the HCI Data Architecture team in its activities related to the following:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize developments for IFF market intelligence platform

  • Translate Business requirements and needs into easy to leverage User Stories for a technical audience

  • Monitor user feedback to continuously improve our capabilities efficiency and UX

  • Co-develop dashboards with Power BI / Snowflake

  • Ad-hoc data extractions and analysis through SQL queries / Python script / Excel

 
What Makes You the Right Fit 

  • Master level from a business or engineering school

  • Highly passionate about digital transformation within the beauty industry

  • Proficiency in English (written & oral) is mandatory; French is a plus

  • Advanced level with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Programming skills is a plus
