Your Job

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take the helm of our Integration Strategy team. This role is a unique blend of team management, client strategy, and data-driven analysis, focused on ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful onboarding experience.

If you excel at leading teams, telling stories with data, and optimizing processes—without the need for deep technical skills—this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4 to 5 Integration Strategists.
  • Oversee the team's day-to-day operations, ensuring a high standard of quality in all client interactions and analyses.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide continuous feedback, and manage the team's professional development.

Client Onboarding & Strategy:

  • Act as the primary representative of the integration team during the client onboarding phase. The onboarding process involves preparing the client after the sales phase and monitoring them for a 30-day trial period before handing them over to the CSM team.
  • Personally manage client calls for strategic accounts, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Develop and define strategic ad placement plans (plan de tag) for new clients to maximize their performance.
  • Prepare and present data-driven analyses and performance reports to key clients, defending strategic recommendations.

Process & Performance Optimization:

  • Guarantee the quality of integrations.
  • Optimize integration documentation and processes.
  • Continuously improve and document the team's processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous optimization within the team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition of clients from the sales phase through onboarding to the account management phase.
Your profile for this job
  • You have proven experience in a senior or lead role, with a strong background in team management.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present compelling, data-driven arguments to clients.
  • Your experience is similar to that of a Customer Success Manager (CSM), particularly with a focus on client onboarding and strategic account management.
  • You are proactive, take initiative, and are comfortable representing your team and the company with strategic clients.
  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory to effectively manage strategic client accounts.
  • Important: This is a strategic and analytical role, not a technical one. No coding skills are required; the focus is on client service and data analysis.
