Smartports is now entering a critical execution phase with a rapidly growing project portfolio in both Sweden and France. To succeed, we are strengthening our organization with a Senior Project Manager who thrive in complex delivery environments and take full ownership from planning to commissioning.

The Role

As a
Senior

Project Manager

at Smartports, you will take ownership of projects and gradually grow into managing them independently. You will support multiple parallel projects, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, quality, and delivery, while learning from experienced colleagues.

You are
self-driven and capable of working independently

, with some project experience in construction, civil works, energy, infrastructure, or similar fields. You are not expected to be an expert from day one, but you are eager to take responsibility, learn fast, and grow.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and external partners, ensuring projects progress smoothly and according to Smartports' standards.

The role will require frequent travels to construction sites across the country.
