Your RoleAs a Global Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at CEVA Logistics, you will play a key role within our Finance department. You will support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function by providing accurate and insightful financial analyses to guide strategic business decisions. You will contribute to improving financial performance and controlling costs on a global scale, working closely with senior finance team members.
Your ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end and quarter-end close processes by validating financial data and ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Prepare management reports and financial presentations to support decision-making by managers and senior leadership.
Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and key drivers.
Maintain and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and templates to improve efficiency, accuracy, and standardization.
Collaborate with senior finance team members to analyze financial data, track key performance indicators, and contribute to performance summaries.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Relevant experience or internship in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally in an international or complex environment.
Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and deliver actionable insights to management.
Knowledge of ERP systems or BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus.
