As a
Creative Developer
you will combine strong Unity and C# skills with a creative mindset to deliver visually impressive and interactive content. You will be in charge of creating new features, events and improved game mechanics in order to transform our best games into creatives for the UA campaigns.

Your future responsibilities and scope:

  • Using the games Unity project, modify and iterate on the gameplay, and be creative to make games as attractive as possible for the advertising campaigns
  • Distribute and share your modified versions of the games to the rest of the marketing team
  • Record, cut and upload videos of your work in order to test and release ads on a global scale
  • Suggest new concepts and ideas based on a strong understanding of current trends
  • Benchmark competitors and analyze your ads performances to constantly improve your production's quality

The profile we are looking for:

  • Experienced in casual and hyper-casual game development using Unity
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and adaptability
  • You have creative and hacker mindset
  • Passion for visual storytelling, interactive content, and level design
  • Ability to quickly navigate and understand existing codebases
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine, Blender, Timeline and Cinemachine are a plus
