Vous êtes une personne de terrain, vous avez l'esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, des capacités de communication et le goût des relations humaines. Vous faites preuve d'ouverture d'esprit, de rigueur et travaillez en autonomie. Vous êtes proactif et avez le sens de l'urgence. Vous êtes un leader reconnu et avez la capacité à fédérer.

Durant La Première Année, Vous Serez Intégré(e) En Production Pour Participer Activement à Des Missions Opérationnelles Et Managériales, Afin De Bien Comprendre Les Enjeux Du Terrain Et Préparer Votre Rôle Au Sein Du Service Performance Process. Vos Missions Seront

• Accompagner l'encadrement de production dans le management des équipes
• Veiller au respect des règles d'hygiène, de sécurité et des bonnes pratiques de fabrication
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des actions d'amélioration continue
• Contribuer activement à la montée en compétences des équipes

À terme, vos missions principales
seront
: (liste non exhaustive)

• Assurer le lien entre R&I et production pour les transferts de nouveaux produits et recettes
• Valider la faisabilité industrielle en intégrant sécurité, qualité, coûts et performance
• Concevoir et coordonner les changements industriels et définir les procédés de fabrication
• Piloter l'amélioration continue : optimiser les procédés, la productivité, les flux et la performance globale
• Développer et former les équipes, animer des chantiers d'excellence opérationnelle et suivre les indicateurs de performance

Vous serez amené(e) à être d'astreinte la semaine et le week-end.

Formation

• Ingénieur ou équivalent, avec expérience de 5 ans en industrialisation, amélioration continue ou production industrielle sur un poste similaire
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
