What You'll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect's clients
- Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc.
- Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals
- Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs.
- Qualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
- Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
- Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours
- Languages: Fluency in English and the local language
- Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
