Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un Chef de Projet Senior pour piloter des projets ambitieux et stratégiques pour nos clients grands comptes, souvent en lien direct avec leur top management.

Votre mission

En tant que Chef de Projet Senior, vous serez l'interface clé entre nos équipes et nos clients. Votre mission consiste à assurer le bon déroulement de nos projets chez nos clients et à vous assurer chaque jour de leur satisfaction.

Vos responsabilités principales seront de :

  • Piloter des projets complexes de bout en bout : gestion du planning, du budget, et des livrables tout en assurant le niveau de qualité attendu

  • Encadrer des équipes pluridisciplinaires (Data Scientists, Développeurs, UX/UI, etc.) et collaborer quotidiennement avec eux pour viser l'excellence

  • Traduire des problématiques business en solutions techniques et data-driven performantes

  • Assumer la vision produit : Mener les phases de découverte (Discovery) pour définir les besoins, collaborer avec l'UX/UI et les Key Users pour valider les solutions

  • Gérer le backlog produit : Assurer la rédaction détaillée des user stories et la priorisation du backlog en amont des sprints

  • Superviser la méthodologie projet, notamment en animant les cérémonies Agile et en assurant la bonne gestion du backlog

  • Assurer un reporting clair et régulier aux stakeholders des projets

  • Contribuer activement au développement commercial du cabinet
