Your mission will cover operations preparation, technical support for tenders, field follow-up, and structuring of operational feedback.

Your main responsibilities will include:

You are comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously in demanding technical environments. You have experience conducting post-operation reviews and can prioritize effectively in a fast-evolving organization.

You are fluent in English (mandatory).
A working knowledge of French would be a strong asset, even at a basic level.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD 2D.

You are rigorous, proactive, and highly organized, with strong cross-functional coordination skills. Your ability to integrate into a team, take initiative, gain autonomy in planning and operational follow-up, and ensure the quality of technical deliverables will be key to your success in this role.

You enjoy agile, entrepreneurial environments, where structure and execution evolve together.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, can represent the company's interests with clients and suppliers, and enjoy coaching junior engineers (the team currently includes an IFP apprentice engineer).
