Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Strategy team and deliver rapid-turnaround insights, visualizations, and executive-ready recommendations. You'll work closely with Strategy and IT/Data teams to access, validate, and analyze enterprise datasets spanning membership, club operations, digital products, and marketing. This role is highly visible and requires both analytical depth and strong communication skills to influence strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategy and Data teams to uncover insights from complex, multi-source enterprise data.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in AWS QuickSight for executive stakeholders.
• Write efficient, high-quality SQL to build reliable datasets and analytical models.
• Define and standardize KPIs, metrics, and reusable analytics processes to improve analytics maturity.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and deliver executive-level presentations.
• Document workflows, codify reusable queries, and contribute to analytics governance best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.
• Proven expertise in AWS QuickSight - building scalable dashboards and reports for leadership teams.
• Advanced SQL proficiency; ability to work with complex, large-scale datasets.
• Strong command of Excel/Sheets and familiarity with basic statistical analysis.
• Experience defining and governing KPIs, metric logic, and resolving data discrepancies.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills; comfortable presenting insights to executives.
• Strong prioritization and organization, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
