Customer Success Manager – Relation Client

Nous recherchons un Customer Success Manager passionné par la relation client et le conseil. Vous accompagnerez un portefeuille de partenaires professionnels dans l?usage de solutions API.
Votre rôle : écouter, comprendre, conseiller, fidéliser.
Vous guiderez les clients dans leur parcours, de l?onboarding aux optimisations continues, en veillant à la qualité de la relation, à la satisfaction et à la valeur business générée.
Responsabilités clés1. Relation client & accompagnement
Être le point d?entrée privilégié des partenaires.
Comprendre leurs besoins business et leurs enjeux d?intégration.
Construire une relation de confiance durable.
Accompagner le cycle de vie complet : onboarding, suivi, optimisation, fidélisation.
- Conseil & suivi stratégique
Identifier les opportunités d?amélioration et de croissance d?usage.
Proposer des recommandations adaptées aux objectifs des clients.
Suivre la performance, les flux, la satisfaction.
- Coordination interne
Faire le lien entre clients, produit et équipes techniques.
S?assurer que les besoins clients sont compris et pris en charge.
Participer au suivi des demandes, améliorations et résolutions.
- Compréhension technique (secondaire mais nécessaire)
Comprendre la logique d?une API.
Lire une documentation type Swagger.
Réaliser des tests simples (Postman).
L?objectif : expliquer, vulgariser et accompagner, pas développer.
Profil candidat:
Expérience confirmée en CSM, Account Management ou relation client B2B
Forte aisance relationnelle, écoute active, sens du service
Capacité à gérer un portefeuille et à construire des relations solides
Appétence technique (API, Postman, Swagger) mais pas besoin d?être développeur
Excellente communication FR & EN
Organisation, proactivité, résolution de problèmes
