How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Mettre en formulation et évaluer des matières premières dans des formules capillaires (shampooing et soins).
Développer de nouvelles méthodes instrumentales et sensorielles pour évaluer nos ingrédients et formules capillaires.
Mener des recherches approfondies relatives à la structure de la fibre capillaire et à l'incidence des agressions environnementales.
Développer, en collaboration avec le service analytique, de nouvelles méthodes de caractérisation des cheveux.
Appliquer cette méthode pour évaluer des ingrédients et des formules capillaires.
Formuler selon les bonnes pratiques internes.
Participation et implication dans la vie du laboratoire.

Profil et compétences :
Vous êtes étudiant en Bac+5 en école ou master de chimie.
Connaissance en formulation cosmétique, appétence pour la fibre capillaire, la caractérisation et les méthodes d'analyses.
Anglais professionnel, analyses statistiques, utilisation de logiciels informatiques.
Vos atouts :
Vous êtes force de proposition, proactif, et autonome.
Vous faites preuve de curiosité et avez un attrait pour l'innovation.
Vous savez travailler en équipe.
