Description de la mission

AR24, filiale du groupe Docaposte, poursuit sa transformation et la modernisation de ses plateformes et applicatifs.

Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un Architecte Infrastructure directement rattaché au CTO pour concevoir, automatiser et industrialiser nos environnements basés sur SUSE Rancher, Ansible et Terraform. « simplicité, excellence, performance, haute disponibilité et évolutivité » sera votre credo.

Missions:

  • Contribuer à l'architecture cible cloud et on-premise dans le cadre du refactoring.
  • Industrialiser le déploiement des environnements via Terraform et Ansible (infrastructure as code).
  • Superviser l'intégration et la gestion du cluster Kubernetes sous SUSE Rancher (multi-datacenter).
  • Accompagner l'équipe Run dans la conteneurisation et la mise en production des microservices.
  • Garantir la sécurité, la conformité et la résilience des déploiements (SecNumCloud, bonnes pratiques DevSecOps).
  • Participer à la définition et au maintien des standards techniques et des documentations associées.
  • Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de pipelines CI/CD en lien avec les équipes Dev et Run.
  • Partager les connaissances aux autres équipes.
  • Assurer le support N3 pour l'équipe Run.

Ingénieur(e) ou bac+5 en informatique, avec une expérience significative (3 ans+) sur des environnements cloud et automatisés.

  • Vision systémique et goût pour la conception d'architectures robustes et scalables.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et sens de la collaboration dans un contexte agile entre équipes techniques (Dev, Ops, Sec).
  • Capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques complexes auprès de publics variés.

Compétences techniques clés

  • Expertise en Kubernetes et de la distribution SUSE Rancher.
  • Expertise en automatisation avec Terraform et Ansible.
  • Expertise Linux (SLES, RHEL) et en virtualisation/containerisation.
  • Expérience en CI/CD.
  • Connaissance des concepts cloud hybride (SaaS, IaaS, multi-cloud).
  • Bonnes notions réseau et sécurité (reverse proxy, WAF, TLS, firewalling).
  • Expérience dans des contextes de migration ou refactoring applicatif vers le cloud.
