Aujourd'hui, Air Liquide Healthcare est présent à l'hôpital et au domicile des patients pour y fournir des produits, des services et des programmes d'accompagnement pour la prévention, le diagnostic et le traitement de maladies chroniques ou lors d'épisodes aigus.
Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
As part of its value based strategy, ALH is committed to providing solutions and services to patients generating the required level of outcomes; these solutions include selecting and delivering medical devices, in a context of price pressure and increased competition from device manufactures. Being able to propose a full range of internalized (ALH or Vitalaire branding) medical devices is key to keep a strong competitive advantage. ALH will leverage its internal development capabilities (ALMS and EOVE), as well as any private label and manufacturing opportunities.
Strategic planning and coordination:
Propose a roadmap and oversee and streamline various projects related to propping a full range of AL-branded respiratory medical devices and disposables, in line with entities'needs, including:
- Oxygenotherapy devices (concentrators)
- CPAP devices ( probably 1 entry-level and 1 higher end device)
- Ventilators (level 1, 2 and 3, cough assist)
- Masks
- Disposables (when relevant)
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in these initiatives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Market Scouting & Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for growth, and introduction of AL-branded devices. Evaluate market potential and priorities.
- Develop recommendations for new product introductions or partnerships based on market scouting findings.
- Sets objectives and target volumes and communicate it to all stakeholders (procurement, ALMS, partners, regions)
Strategic Support for ALMS:
Assist the ALMS team in developing and drafting a new roadmap specifically for respiratory masks, incorporating market trends, regulatory requirements, and patient needs.
- Assist ALMS team in integrating EOVE and ALMS product development roadmap into the global respiratory device roadmap
- Provide market insights and research to inform product development and strategic decisions for private labels.
New partners contracting
Drives the selection of new partners, assists the procurement in negotiations, and is responsible for contract finalization.
- Ensure respect of all legal/regulatory/IP aspects
Change management
Develops, together with the Respiratory program, a deployment roadmap and a change management plan
- Anticipates training and learning modules
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on project progress, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all initiatives, roadmaps, and product development efforts.
