L'opportunité :
Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Commercial / Account Executive - Lancement France. Vous passerez d'abords 3 à 6 mois au sein de notre siège EMEA à Amsterdam afin d'être formé ainsi que pour participer à l'élaboration de la stratégie commerciale au lancement de Flexport en France.
Notre équipe commerciale gère l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection, à la conclusion ainsi qu'à l'implémentation des nouveaux contrats.
En tant qu'Account Executive, vous identifierez les besoins de chaque client, concevrez des solutions de transport sur mesure et accompagnerez vos clients à afin qu'ils bénéficient au maximum des outils qu'a Flexport à apporter pour leur chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Ce poste s'adresse à une personne disposant d'une solide expérience en vente et avec une expérience préalable dans le secteur de la supply chain et de la logistique. Nous recherchons une personne dotée d'un fort sens commercial, d'un fort sens des négociations, d'excellentes compétences en communication, et capable d'atteindre et de dépasser les objectifs de vente.

Vos missions :
- Identifier, engager, et remporter de nouveaux clients en fonction d'un quota commercial prédéfini.
- Identifier et entrer en contact avec des clients cibles grâce à un mélange de prospection personnelle et de collaboration avec l'équipe SDR (Sales Development Representatives).
- Conseiller de nouveaux clients en analysant leurs besoins en matière de supply chain..
- Piloter le processus d'onboarding client en mobilisant les ressources et équipes internes.
- Rencontrer régulièrement les clients afin de suivre la performance des comptes et identifier des points d'amélioration de leur expérience supply chain.
- Maintenir à jour les informations clients et le pipeline des opportunités dans Salesforce.
Votre profil:
- 3 ans ou plus d'expérience sur un cycle de vente complet, idéalement dans la logistique ou dans le transport international.
- Capacité avérée à mener une découverte commerciale, présenter des démonstrations et gérer un processus de vente structuré.
- Enthousiasme pour la prospection commerciale, la conduite d'appels de découverte des besoins, et la gestion de comptes pour offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, relations interpersonnelles et de négociation.
- Rapidité d'apprentissage, forte éthique de travail et ambition de devenir un(e) commercial(e) du top 5 % dans la région.
- Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais.
- Disponibilité pour démarrer 3 à 6 mois à Amsterdam (Pays-Bas).
- Soyez positif, prenez du plaisir, prenez votre mission au sérieux, mais ne vous prenez pas trop au sérieux.
