Job Summary:**

As a Warehouse Operator at , Inc., you will play a crucial role in the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our advanced logistics network. Job Responsibilities:**

* Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage.
* Accurately sort, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations, utilizing scanning equipment as required.
* Pick and retrieve products from storage based on order requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.
* Load outgoing shipments onto trucks and other transport vehicles.
* Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and proficiently (certification may be required or provided).
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
* Assist with inventory counts and participate in cycle counting activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding operational status and any issues encountered.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred, but not required.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanning devices is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies and procedures.
* Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
