THE POSITION
Join ManoMano's Finance Department as an FP&A intern, where you'll play a key role in planning and monitoring our financial performance. This internship focuses on the Operations (Logistics, Customer Support, Payment) and Corporate (Finance, Legal, Communication, HR) areas. You will provide support to our team, contributing to essential tasks that drive our financial strategy.

• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the monthly closing process and contribute to reporting for the executive team and investors.
• Participate in annual budget updates and analyses throughout the year.
• Help automate our monthly closing processes by integrating AI solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Support the cost review process by implementing dashboards that track actual expenses against the budget

YOUR PROFILE

• Ideally, a student in a Business School, Engineering, or University, with a specialisation in Finance, Audit, or Management Control, looking for an internship.
• Fluent in both French and English, both orally and in writing.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and also the Google suite (GSheet). Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Interest and knowledge of AI automation tools.
• Organised and rigorous.
• Curious, dynamic, and able to take initiative.
• Capable of working independently with good interpersonal skills.
