What You'll Do

As a Visiting Associate, you will support our clients in France and abroad to help them design their strategic directions and solve their most complex challenges. You will be involved in the whole value chain of our projects within our teams.

• Analyze the challenges facing our clients (competitive analysis, portfolio analysis, etc.)
• Participate in internal case team meetings and client workshops
• Develop strategic recommendations for our clients and support their implementation

Mentored by our project leaders on each project, you will also benefit of career monitoring from our HR teams (Talent Coordinator and Career Development Advisor) who will support you consistently through staffing and our various training programs tailored for interns and apprentices.

What You'll Bring

• You are pursuing a master's degree (business/engineering school, political science university)
• You have gained initial professional internship experience
• You speak French and English fluently and ideally you have garnered academic or professional experience abroad
• Enthusiastic and dynamic, you are curious and eager to learn
• Organized and meticulous, active listening is one of your strengths
• You thrive in a team environment and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

Recruiting Process

Our recruiting process involves of three rounds of interviews including several formats test types:

• Online Test evaluating logical, numeracy, and verbal capabilities
• Oral Case Interview
• Written Case Study (only for end-of-studies internship)

You will be interviewed by Project Leaders or Associate Directors, each possessing a minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience, and will be able to discover what it is like to work for BCG. A member of our recruiting team will guide you throughout the process and share detailed feedback. Please note that we recommend applying at least 5 months before your desired start date.
