About the Internship:

Join our core team to design and develop both internal tools and client-facing features that power our document management platform. This role offers a unique blend of machine learning model development and full-stack software engineering. You'll build production-ready software while optimizing ML pipelines, gaining hands-on experience across the entire technology stack. You'll also have opportunities to interact with clients, developing valuable business acumen and understanding real-world legal workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Software Development:
  Design, develop, and deploy features for Bengodoc's document management platform, working across frontend and backend systems.
• Tool Development:
  Build internal tools that streamline ML model development, testing, and deployment for both our team and clients.
• Model Integration:
  Implement and optimize ML models within our production environment, ensuring seamless integration with our software infrastructure.
• Full-Stack Engineering:
  Contribute to both client-facing applications and internal systems, working with modern web technologies and cloud platforms.
• Client Interaction:
  Engage with legal professionals to understand their workflows, gather requirements, and refine our solutions based on real-world feedback.
• Research & Innovation:
  Stay current with the latest developments in both ML techniques and software engineering best practices to enhance our platform.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field at a top-tier university.
• Strong software development skills with experience in modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and the ML stack (TensorFlow/PyTorch, data processing frameworks).
• Web development experience (JavaScript, Vuejs, PHP, or similar) is highly valued.
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, and database design.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to code quality.
• Business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively.
• Eligibility for a "stage" internship in line with French labor regulations.
