Role Overview:
We're seeking a Senior EWIS / Electrical Design Engineer to support the design, integration, and validation of wiring harnesses and electrical systems. This role is key to ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across high-impact aerospace projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead EWIS design and development
- Integrate electrical systems into aircraft platforms
- Review and validate wiring diagrams and schematics
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with suppliers on component quality and specifications
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in electrical systems design (aerospace preferred)
- Solid understanding of EWIS standards and regulations
- Proficiency with electrical CAD tools
- Wiring harness design and installation experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience with aerospace certification processes
- Familiarity with compliance documentation
- Understanding of system-level integration
- Knowledge of emerging electrical engineering technologies
- Project management exposure
