Senior Product Manager

You'll own key product areas end-to-end for 600,000+ users, working closely with engineering, design, and data teams. You'll drive outcomes that directly impact how people track and grow their wealth. Finary is building the all-in-one platform for personal finance in Europe. We help people track, understand, and grow their wealth: bank accounts, investments, real estate, crypto, and more.

We're looking for a senior product manager to own critical product areas and drive outcomes for hundreds of thousands of users. Fresh off our Series B, we're accelerating: expanding features, entering new markets, and building the infrastructure for the next generation of investors. You'll work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities.

Finary is the leading personal finance app in France, helping users track their entire wealth in one place: bank accounts, investments, real estate, crypto, and more. We're building the financial infrastructure for the next generation of investors.

Launched in 2021, we've grown to 600,000+ users. In September 2025, we closed a €25M Series B led by PayPal Ventures, with backing from Y Combinator, Hedosophia, Speedinvest, and founders from Qonto, Photoroom, Bitpanda, UBS, and Wise.

• Own product areas end-to-end — from discovery and definition to delivery and iteration
• Drive outcomes — define success metrics, run experiments, ship improvements that move the needle
• Partner cross-functionally — work closely with engineering, design, growth, and data teams
• Shape the roadmap — balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Talk to users — understand problems deeply through research, data, and direct feedback
• Communicate clearly — align stakeholders, write specs, present decisions with clarity

• 4+ years as a product manager in a tech company, with a track record of shipping products users love
• First-principles thinker — you deconstruct complex problems and solve for root causes, not symptoms
• Data-driven — comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and defining metrics that matter
• Technical acumen — you're a respected partner to engineering, capable of understanding system complexity and engaging in deep discussions about technical trade-offs
• Radical ownership — you own outcomes end-to-end, not just outputs. You're proactive and don't wait for permission
• AI power user — you naturally leverage AI tools for research, communication, and problem-solving, and see how AI can transform Finary's product
• World-class craft — you obsess over quality, sweat the details, and push for excellence in every interaction
• Clear communicator — written and verbal, in English (French is a plus)

• Fintech or personal finance experience
• Experience at a growth-stage startup (Series A to C)
• Background in data analytics or engineering
• French language skills (team is bilingual)

• Competitive salary: €85,000 - €100,000 + equity

You'll join Finary's product team, working directly with a product designer and embedded engineering squads. You'll partner closely with growth, data, and compliance teams.

This is a hands-on role with full ownership from day one. You'll shape not just features, but the way we build product at Finary.
