Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on administrative HR tasks, inbox management, data review, and supporting a system implementation project. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently from home.
Job Duties:
- Manage and organize the HR inbox, routing messages and ensuring timely responses
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Review and clean data in Excel
- Assist with tasks tied to a new HR system implementation
- Track deadlines, maintain planners, and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Shadow HR leadership and take clear, accurate notes
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR documentation
- Work efficiently in a remote environment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Experience working in an office environment or remote setting
- General understanding of HR terminology
- Experience with HR systems such as UKG, Workday, Paycom, or similar platforms
- Reliable remote workspace
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- SHRM certification is a plus
- Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
