Since 80 years, Anthogyr designs and manufactures medical devices that are sold worlwide to assist healthcare professionals to treat their patients. Located in the Mont-Blanc Valley in the french Alps, Anthogyr does business on a human scale but addresses the global market as an implant manufacturer, with leading or challenger positions in France and rapid-growth markets such as China.

JOB PURPOSE
In a context of international growth, by leveraging our core strengths – innovative solutions, industrial excellence, and the Straumann Group's distribution network – we reaffirm our value proposition based on innovation and digital leadership.
Main mission
You design and lead Anthogyr's strategic events, both internationally and in priority markets. As a true driver of visibility and growth, you will:
- Develop Anthogyr's brand image and awareness internationally through high-impact events
- Define a clear event strategy, identify objectives/targets/needs.
- Ensure robust and replicable organizational methods, monitor budgets and schedules.
- Lead Anthogyr's strategic events, in coordination with Group subsidiaries' priorities and expectations.
- Design and implement a 360° communication and promotion plan for events (social media, publications, digital, media).
- Strengthen business impact and customer loyalty by defining and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) adapted to local specificities.
- Contribute to the organization of trade shows, conferences, and other event formats.
- Reinforce employee engagement and alignment through internal events.

Location
- Job located in Sallanches (Mont-Blanc Valley, France)
- Home office, 2 days per week maximum
