Responsibilities
As part of the Group Treasury Team, you will report to the Treasury Digital Transformation Manager, based in Levallois-Perret. Your responsibilities for this position shall cover the below :

  • Daily Treasury Systems maintenance:
  • Administration and maintenance of Treasury Systems masterdata (KTP, Treasury Line, EBAM, Coprocess) related to users and bank accounts
  • In charge of core parameters such as accounting mapping, new transactions set-up and new cash-pool set-up within the TMS
  • Liaise with the Banks when there are issues related to connectivity (bank statements and payment files)
  • Owner of the score contracts with the Banks
  • Responsible for the relationship with the editors and external consultants (KTP)
  • Market surveillance for new functionalities available in existing systems, for new products released on the TMS market and participation along with editors to co-development events
  • Ensure compliance with Internal Control golden rules within core parameters such as Segregation of Duties and payment security
  • Support the treasury team at month-end to ensure smooth and timely closing
  • Face the external auditors at year-end audit of treasury systems
  • Projects:
  • Project lead when systems upgrades and new module openings are required
  • Onboard new businesses from M&A transactions within Treasury Systems
  • Explore ways for more optimization and automation within treasury processes relying or that could potentially rely on Treasury Systems
  • Participate actively within the project team in the TMS change project (not started yet)
  • Competencies
  • BAC+5 + [3-5] years of experience in systems management
  • Strong understanding of cash management to back-up the cash manager
  • Analytical mindset & proactive approach
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills to act as a representative of OP Mobility facing the banks
