Job Description
We are looking for a freelance experienced JDE Program Manager who will oversee multiple interrelated projects under the JDR initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery. This role demands strong leadership cross functional coordination and expertise in program governance.

Core Responsibilities

• Program Planning Strategy.
• Define program scope objectives and success metrics.
• Develop integrated project plans and monitor progress across JDR streams.
• Align program goals with organizational OKRs and client expectations.

Execution Delivery

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
• Manage dependencies between projects to avoid delays or duplication.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality timeline and budget targets.
• Risk Issue Management.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership and propose corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Engagement.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and senior management.
• Conduct monthly review meetings to track milestones and client satisfaction.
• Governance Compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Agile and SDLC best practices.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of program management frameworks.
• Proficiency in resource planning budgeting and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of ERP best practices, risk and compliance frameworks, and change management approaches.
• Fluent in French and English
• Education BEBTechMTechMCA MBA preferred
• Certifications PMP Prince2 or equivalent
• Experience 12 years' experience in IT projects and 5 years+ as Program/Project Manager in largescale initiatives
