Your Responsibilities
  • General
  • Benchmark (weekly update on event news)
  • Support the team in the conception of B2B events
  • Welcoming participants during events
  • List management

  • Event communication and promotion
    Creation of communication tools (invitations, Social media post, landing page, etc.)

  • The New Life of the Living Room tasks

    • Support with the organisation of the hybrid event: livestream event and on-site event
  • Management of participant lists and registrations

  • Logistical support and coordination
    Creation of visuals and communication material

  • Cannes Lions tasks

    • Support with the organisation of the RTL Beach (before, during and after) - 1 week event
  • Management of participant lists/registration
  • Logistical support and coordination
  • Creation of visuals and communication materials
  • Emailings
  • Management of goodies and event activations
Your Profile
  • Master 1 or 2 in Communication, Events or Marketing
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office and basic experience with Adobe Suite
  • Organised, rigorous, able to make proposals, adaptable and good interpersonal skills
  • First experience in events management desired
  • Interest of the media industry
  • Fluent English / Professional French
    Open to travelling for work
Your Team

The Communications department is responsible for the external and internal representation of the RTL AdAlliance brand through various PR, events and communications activities. The Communications intern will work with the team in Paris to support the organization of the majot RTL AdAlliance Events . You will be based in our office in Neuilly Sur Seine.
