Position overview

As a Bartender, you are a beverage expert and brand ambassador, responsible for delivering exceptional drinks and memorable guest interactions in a vibrant, high-energy environment. You mix, serve, and present beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency while upholding Nikki Beach standards of quality and style.

In this role, you play a key part in shaping the overall guest experience by creating a welcoming, dynamic atmosphere at the bar. Your passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure contribute directly to the lifestyle and spirit that define the Nikki Beach brand.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to Nikki Beach recipes and standards
• Know all cocktails and beverage items on the menu by heart
• Welcome guests warmly and create a lively, interactive atmosphere
• Recommend drinks using strong menu knowledge and upselling techniques
• Handle orders, payments, and guest interactions confidently using the POS system
• Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure mise en place is always complete
• Keep fridges and bar stock organized and replenished throughout service
• Comply with hygiene, health & safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Manage daily bar opening and closing duties
• Collaborate closely with Barback and service teams for seamless operations
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs and feedback
• Minimize wastage and maintain quality control
• Support other bar or floor tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

What we're looking for Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a bartender in a high-volume or lifestyle hospitality environment

• Strong knowledge of classic and signature cocktails

• Confident, engaging, and comfortable interacting with an international clientele
• Fast, organized, and able to multitask effectively during peak service
• Guest-focused with natural flair and a passion for service
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a strong team player
