L'Oréal STEM Immersion Day offers a unique chance to explore the inner workings of L'Oréal Groupe, understand how science and technology drive our innovation, and immerse yourselves in Brandstorm—the world's biggest youth innovation competition.
For this edition, Brandstorm joins forces with L'Oréal Luxe to challenge you with the following topic: Craft the Future of Luxury Fragrance.

- DeepdiveintoL'OréalGroupe'secosystem: Discover ourprofessions, our projects, and our innovation-driven corporate culture through a presentation of L'Oréal Groupeand an exclusive tour of one of our sites in the Paris region.
- BrandstormChallenge: Whether your passion lies in devices, packaging,chemistryor biotech, team up in groups of three to create an innovative project. Seize this opportunity to bring your boldest ideas to life on this year's topic, guided by Mentors from L'Oréal Group.
- Pitch to an ExpertJury: Presentyourprojectduringa 3-minute pitch to a jury of L'Oréal experts,whowillprovidepersonalisedfeedback and select a winner for theday
