As the Senior Global B2B eCommerce & Sales Execution leader, you will lead the definition of the business strategy vision, determine the picture of success, align the KPIs to measure generated outcomes and own the roadmaps of the B2B digital commerce platform and field sales execution programs globally.
With a customer and user centric mindset, you ensure the digital capabilities address customer and business needs, maximizing the value the programs deliver.
You will lead a cross-functional team and its relevant governance processes, to steer roadmaps required to enhance the customer experience, the support to field sales efficiency.
You will contribute to transformation programs (EOS, GDP,…) by representing the global business interests, requirements, and ensure signature processes and practices are embedded.
What are we looking for?
7-10+ years of progressive experience in B2B eCommerce, digital sales platforms, or CRM with a strong focus on sales execution and business growth.
Proven track record in leading complex, global digital transformation projects with measurable commercial impact.
Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, field sales operations, and customer engagement strategies.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate digital capabilities into tangible sales outcomes.
Experience working in international, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in agile environments and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Strategic Leadership: Co-create with global and regional leaders the B2B eCommerce and Field Sales Execution capabilities strategy and vision. Partner closely with Demand Leadership and Regional Business Units to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales processes, increase sales associates and customers adoption, and improve customer engagement through digital platforms and field sales tools.
Contribution to EOS transformation program (B2B CRM & B2B E-commerce): You will act as the global center of business excellence to represent global business requirements and signature business practices. You will contribute, inform and influence the EOS transformation program teams during the design and deployment phases to ensure the next generation capabilities will deliver the expected services at the service of the business agenda.
Market Analysis & Commercial Insights: Bring the outside in to continuously challenge internal practices. Collaborate with Regional Functional Experts and analytics teams to analyse market trends, sales results, and customer behaviours to inform strategic decisions and investment priorities.
Performance Management: Monitor program business KPIs and Picture of Success (sales growth, customer satisfaction, platform adoption, and operational efficiency), and report progress to Global and Regional stakeholders..
Capabilities Governance: Identify new opportunities across other business teams and regions: Product continuous improvement. Be accountable for the global B2B Webshop and CRM value realisation, ensuring alignment between business priorities and program investments.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Orchestrate B2B Webshop and CRM product teams in line with defined strategic vision. Manage program dependencies with other business teams, including Digital Factory, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, and Digital Technology to deliver integrated solutions that support sales execution and customer needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Support the programs across Royal Canin by championing them in various global and regional forums (ex: GLT, DLT, DLR, OneDemand…).
Change Management: Lead B2B Webshop and CRM business communities. Lead change management efforts to embed sales capabilities into the culture and daily operations of sales teams globally
