development of a NET (negative emission Technology) applied to biomass H/F
Sujet de stage
Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage (BECCS) uses biomass energy while capturing the carbon dioxide released by the process, resulting in negative emissions to the atmosphere.
The internship involves acquiring the new thermodynamic and thermo-chemical data needed to develop and optimize such a process, and integrating them into a thermodynamic model.

The internship will take place at the CEA (Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique et aux Energies Alternatives) Saclay in the Institut des sciences appliquées et de la simulation pour les énergies bas carbone (ISAS) in the Department of Physical Chemistry (DPC) in the LM2T laboratory (thermodynamics/thermochemistry) in collaboration with the LRMO (Laboratoire de Radiolyse et de la Matière Organique).
