Chaque jour, nous facilitons la conclusion de milliers d'accords en combinant automatisation et assistant IA, tout en couvrant l'ensemble du cycle contractuel : génération, négociation, approbation, signature, archivage et supervision.

Ta mission

Chez Tomorro, notre produit évolue rapidement et notre base utilisateurs grandit à grande échelle. Notre expérience doit rester fluide, cohérente et performante, tout en évoluant vers une plateforme modulaire, robuste et hautement personnalisable.

En tant que Senior Frontend Engineer, tu joueras un rôle clé dans la construction et l'évolution de notre interface utilisateur : architecture, performance, accessibilité, design system, expérience développeur.

Tu travailleras main dans la main avec les équipes Produit, Design et Backend pour livrer des expériences élégantes, fiables et scalables à nos clients.

Tes responsabilités

En tant que Senior Software Engineer, tu joueras un rôle clé pour faire évoluer notre plateforme à grande échelle.

  • Concevoir, développer et améliorer des interfaces complexes et dynamiques, utilisées chaque jour par des milliers d'utilisateurs professionnels.

  • Faire évoluer notre architecture frontend (React / TypeScript) vers un modèle modulaire et maintenable, adapté à la croissance du produit.

  • Garantir la performance, la cohérence et l'accessibilité de l'expérience utilisateur sur l'ensemble de la plateforme.

  • Faire vivre et faire évoluer notre design system, en collaboration avec les designers et les autres équipes produit.

  • Accompagner et mentorer d'autres ingénieur·es front, en diffusant les bonnes pratiques et en élevant le niveau technique global.

Objectifs & Impact attendu

Après 6 mois :

  • Tu es pleinement onboardé·e et à l'aise dans la stack technique et les pratiques internes.

  • Tu délivres des features à fort impact avec un haut niveau d'exigence sur la qualité et la performance.

  • Tu as identifié un levier d'amélioration (performance, UX, tooling) et proposé une solution concrète adoptée par l'équipe.

Après 12 mois :

  • Tu es un un membre clé dans l'équipe : tu animes les discussions, tu aides à améliorer la fiabilité et la scalabilité du système, et tu accompagnes d'autres devs.

  • Tu participes à la définition et à la mise en place des bonnes pratiques de développement au sein du code de Tomorro.

  • Tu es un·e référence technique et un·e multiplicateur·rice d'impact : ton travail bénéficie à l'ensemble des squads produit et design.
