is seeking an accomplished
Vice President of Finance & Accounting
to lead its financial strategy, governance, and reporting.
Based near

, this executive will drive financial transformation, establish best-in-class internal controls, and support the company's continued growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of
financial management
, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance. - Develop and implement
strong internal controls
,
policies
, and
process improvements
to ensure compliance and transparency. - Lead
M&A financial due diligence
, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration. - Manage
accounting system and ERP implementations
, ensuring scalability and efficiency across global operations. - Partner with executive leadership to deliver strategic financial insights supporting long-term planning and decision-making.
- Lead and mentor finance teams to build a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on all financial and operational matters.
Qualifications
- Recognized European accounting qualification
, such as
ACCA, ACA (ICAEW), Chartered Accountant (UK/Ireland), Expert-Comptable (France), Wirtschaftsprüfer (Germany)
, or an
equivalent designation to the U.S. CPA
. - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
MBA or Master's degree
preferred. - Public/private mix experience
required, ideally beginning in a
Big 4 or top-tier audit firm,
followed by progressive corporate finance roles. - Demonstrated experience developing
internal controls

financial processes
, and
governance frameworks
. - Proven track record in
M&A

financial integration

systems implementation
. - Familiarity with
U.S. GAAP
(in addition to IFRS) is

. - Background in the
hospitality industry
