About Us
The Industrial Technologies and Services (ITS) segment designs, manufactures, markets, and services a wide range of air and gas compression, vacuum, and blowing products, fluid transfer equipment, loading systems, power tools, and lifting equipment under the leading brands Ingersoll Rand, Gardner Denver, CompAir, and others.
This position is attached to the Compressor Service division, dedicated to the commissioning and maintenance of Industrial Compressors.
Main Mission
Intervene in case of malfunction or breakdown to ensure customer satisfaction and the long-term reliability of installations.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and preventive and corrective maintenance of compressed air systems and their networks at customer sites, in compliance with current procedures.
Contribute to achieving the service department's objectives and ensure customer satisfaction and company brand image in your region.

Your Profile
Ideally, you have experience in an industrial environment
You have solid skills in electricity, mechanics, electromechanics, automation, and pneumatics, and ideally knowledge of our product portfolio (lubricated and oil-free screw compressors, air treatment equipment)
You can read technical plans and schematics
You are proficient with the IT tools necessary for your role (MS Office, Outlook, CRM, etc.)
You have at least a basic knowledge of English
You hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
Travel Requirements
Based in your region, you are able to travel daily to customer sites (occasional overnight stays may be required).
Key Competencies
To successfully perform in this role, we expect you to:
Organize your weekly schedule according to the plan provided by your Manager
Carry out simple preventive and corrective maintenance operations in compliance with company and customer site safety rules (Prevention Plan)
Perform tests and checks on serviced equipment to ensure proper operation
Analyze technical issues with the help of senior technicians, inform customers, and, when necessary, write expert reports
Provide preventive maintenance advice, information, and recommendations to customers
Repair or replace defective components in systems
Promote and/or sell services, spare parts, and consumables to customers
Submit all required administrative documents (Prevention Plans, service reports, performance indicators, etc.)
Share basic product knowledge with customers
Execute all duties in compliance with legal and internal safety regulations
Register equipment in the manufacturer's extended warranty programs and ensure follow-up of necessary procedures (photos, failure description, measurements, etc.) to validate claims
