Why we need you

Our ambition is to create the most seamless and efficient user experience on the market for frontline industrial teams.

To achieve this, we need to go further in:

  • simplifying complex industrial workflows,

  • building highly contextual user experiences,

  • integrating AI into interfaces to accelerate action-taking.

You will play a central role: shaping the transversal design vision and ensuring a coherent, intuitive, and powerful experience for thousands of users, from shop floor operators to leadership teams.

What you will do
In a nutshell
  • Design, test, and deliver ultra-intuitive UX for a highly diverse user base, across multiple product teams.

  • Carry and elevate a design vision across all product teams.

  • Raise the bar for UX/UI standards across the entire product department.

Broadly speaking
  • Lead field discovery (interviews, observations, on-site testing).

  • Translate industrial complexity into simple, intuitive interfaces.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of our design system.

  • Design AI-first features (assistants, suggestions, automations).

  • Evangelize design excellence across product and engineering teams.

On a day-to-day basis
  • 2+ user sessions per week

  • User flow, wireframes → high-fidelity prototypes (Figma)

  • Continuous user testing & fast iteration loops

  • Daily collaboration with developers for execution

  • Structuring and maintaining the research repository

  • Mentoring a junior designer

Your profile to make this a success

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Product Design (ideally in B2B SaaS)

  • A portfolio showcasing simplified solutions to complex workflows

  • Expertise in Figma & design systems

  • Basic understanding of code and technical constraints

Nice-to-have
  • B2C experience (for intuitiveness & iteration speed)

  • Experience with AI-powered features

  • Fluency with AI prototyping tools (Lovable, Cursor, etc.) for rapid iteration

This will be important to your job, we'll teach you what you're missing
  • Industrial environments & constraints

  • Shop floor UX expectations

  • Our design culture and product rituals

We kindly advise you to think twice before applying if…
  • You are not able to work on-site in Paris regularly

  • You are not an entrepreneurial profile

  • You are not looking for a positively challenging role

  • You are not fully comfortable working in both French and English

Overall Expected Behaviors
  • Detail-obsessed and quality-driven

  • Meticulous in execution

  • Bold in your proposals

  • Structured in analysis and communication

  • Strong business sense

What success looks like
  • Users significantly reduce the time required to take action.

  • You help deliver innovative, AI-native features.

  • PMs and developers gain velocity thanks to clearer specs & designs.

  • Your features show measurable adoption and user satisfaction growth.
