We are looking for a
Salesforce Manager
to join our office in
Paris
. You will lead the practice in the region and be responsible for project delivery, client relations, team building and commercial proposal development.
Your role
- Lead complex Salesforce project delivery for enterprise clients.
- Manage multi-country operations and distributed delivery teams.
- Drive pre-sales activities and develop compelling commercial proposals.
- Ensure successful execution of large-scale transformation programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships.
Your profile
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce portfolio (Sales, Service, Marketing, Data Cloud, Industries, Agentforce).
- Proven experience in pre-sales and proposal development.
- Strong leadership skills: hiring, competency building, and mentoring.
- Ability to manage multi-geography teams and complex delivery models.
- Track record of working with enterprise clients on transformation programs.
- Fluent in French and English.
