Dans le cadre d'un contrat stratégique, impliquant un volume financier important et des enjeux majeurs, nous recherchons un Contract Engineer pour sécuriser la livraison des pièces en termes de qualité et de délais.

Vos missions :

• Veiller à la conformité de l'exécution des commandes avec les procédures, normes et processus du groupe Wärtsilä, dans un cadre sûr et rentable.
• Diriger l'équipe interfonctionnelle en charge des commandes. Etre le garant de la compréhension et du respect des exigences contractuelles.
• Gérer l'administration contractuelle : jalons, livrables, acceptations, facturation, paiements, et traiter les écarts contractuels (notifications, correspondances, analyses)
• Analyser et gérer les risques et opportunités liés au contrat.
• Assurer la communication et le reporting contractuel auprès des différentes entités internes.
• Maintenir une relation client de qualité (réunions de suivi, coordination).Coordonner l'approvisionnement des composants nécessaires avec les parties prenantes (achats, supply chain, qualité, documentation).
• Suivre et gérer les avenants liés à l'exécution des commandes.

Profil recherché :Formation : Ingénieur généraliste ou équivalent.

Expérience : Chef de projet avec expérience en gestion de commandes et supply chain.

Compétences clés :Capacité à gérer des projets complexes et multitâches.Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, sens des priorités.Dynamisme, autonomie, capacité à challenger et à suivre ses dossiers

Langues : Français et anglais professionnel.

Mobilité : Déplacements à hauteur de 20 %.

As part of a strategic contract involving significant financial volume and major stakes, we are looking for a Contract Engineer to ensure the delivery of parts in terms of quality and deadlines.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure that the execution of orders complies with Wärtsilä Group procedures, standards, and processes in a safe and cost-effective manner.
• Lead the cross-functional team in charge of the orders and act as the guarantor of understanding and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Manage contractual administration: milestones, deliverables, acceptances, invoicing, payments, and handle contractual deviations (notifications, correspondence, analyses).
• Analyze and manage risks and opportunities related to the contract.
• Ensure communication and contractual reporting within the various internal entities.
• Maintain a strong client relationship (follow-up meetings, coordination).
• Coordinate the supply of necessary components with stakeholders (purchasing, supply chain, quality, documentation).
• Monitor and manage amendments related to the execution of orders.

We are looking for someone who :

• Education: Generalist engineer or equivalent.
• Experience: Project manager with experience in order management and supply chain.
• Key skills: Ability to manage complex and multitasking projects. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, sense of priorities. Dynamic, autonomous, able to challenge and follow through on tasks.
• Languages: Professional French and English.
• Mobility: Travel up to 20%.
