We're looking for a fluent French speaker with a passion for travel and customer service to join our dynamic team in Athens. Your Key Responsibilities:
As the go-to expert for our French-speaking travelers, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Conducting research to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring every interaction ends with a smile.
- Sharing your knowledge of travel products and services to help customers create memorable experiences.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (travel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort using computers and navigating digital tools.
- A positive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine passion for helping others.
