Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in overseeing operational excellence within the SCCM framework. This position emphasizes continuous improvement and effective problem-solving to meet client SLAs. The Track Lead is responsible for empowering teams through strong management practices and ensuring alignment with client expectations, ultimately driving organizational success Key Responsibilities
1. Optimize Operational Systems Using Sccm To Enhance Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Improve Business Processes, Facilitating Effective Organizational Planning.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Their Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Consistently Meets Client Expectations And Delivers High-Quality Service.
3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Establishing Clear Communication Of Project Goals And Encouraging A Culture Of Transparency And Accountability.
4. Drive Innovation By Researching And Implementing New Ideas For Process Development, Contributing To Overall Organizational Progress And Efficiency.
5. Analyze Customer Needs And Provide Tailored Solutions Within The Sccm Environment, Ensuring Business Results Align With Client Objectives.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Sccm And Its Applications In Support And Operations.
2. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
3. Effective Team Leadership And Mentoring Capabilities.
4. Proficient In Operational Management And Process Optimization.

Certification
1. Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable).
2. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable).
