Nous souhaitons être accompagnés dans le suivi des coûts de market data : construction budget/forecast avec les budget owners, analyse des actuals et des contrats avec les comptas et le service des achats, préparation et animation des comités Market data avec le top management.
Également en charge de la mise en place de contrôles de cohérences des données comptables et budgétaires et la réalisation des commentaires d'écarts et suivi des synergies.
Dans le contexte actuel de rapprochement avec une autre entité, il s'agira également d'aligner les process, la gouvernance, les outils... et suivre les objectifs de synergies.
Suivant l'appétence du candidat, de nombreux chantiers/axes d'améliorations sont possibles : optimisation de process, création de reportings (Excel ou Power BI), participation à l'évolution du modèle de données partagé dans l'équipe (Alteryx).
Profil candidat:
Missions principales
- Préparation des comités Market data (planifications des invitations, préparation du support, coordination avec les stakeholders, présentation, minutes)
- Construction du budget et du forecast
- Analyse des actuals et control permanent
- Mise à jour de la documentation sur des processus et de la gouvernance market data
- Analyse des contrats/baseline pour consolidation et alignement du process
