About The Role
Within the Purchasing Department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of direct industrial purchases, ensuring the proper application of purchasing methodologies and monitoring supplier performance throughout product lifecycle transitions, from serial production to spare parts and end-of-life phases.

Ideally January 2026

(However, the internship can start immediately or by March 2026 at the latest.)

Duration:
6 months

*Your Main Responsibilities*

  • Support and follow up on price negotiations and adjustments with suppliers imposed by customers (Original Equipment Manufacturers), within tripartite agreements (Customer / OPmobility / Supplier)
  • Negotiate and implement new purchasing conditions during the transition of components from serial production to spare parts phase
  • Update and optimize the purchasing project tracking plan: contract transitions, plant-to-plant transfers, and contractual database updates
  • Participate in the handover process between Project Purchasing and Serial Purchasing teams, providing operational support when needed
  • Monitor and resolve any disputed invoices related to these activities

About You

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Purchasing and/or Business
  • Advanced English level (B2/C1)
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel (advanced level)
  • Good understanding of industrial purchasing, capital expenditure, and related financial concepts
  • Detail-oriented, rigorous, and persistent, with strong analytical and summarizing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
