Vous rejoignez l'équipe fund operations de AEW. Vous travaillez sur un mandat important avec de fortes ambitions environnementales, investissant dans des actifs core en France et en Europe. Le fund controller travaille sous la supervision du fund financial manager en étroite collaboration avec les équipes fund management.
Au quotidien vous avez pour missions de :
- Coordonner la production des comptes et élaborer les business plan des sociétés ainsi que les reportings ;
- Participer à la structuration des fonds et à l'organisation des flux financiers ;
- Veiller à la vie sociale, juridique et fiscale des fonds ;
- Calculer et publier la valeur liquidative (VL) trimestrielle du fonds et gérer les communications financières auprès des investisseurs.
