We are currently seeking an Enterprise Products Architect – Core Business Scope, reporting directly to Enterprise Architect Director join our Digital for Operational Excellence team based in Nanterre, Paris, France.

About the mission we offer you:

The Enterprise Products Architect on Core Business Scope is responsible for assisting Digiteam Solution Architects as well as Business stakeholders to define and optimize the Digiteam products portfolio, more than 600 digital applications, related to Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Tendering, Contract and Project Management departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Maximize Cross-Products Synergies

• Ensure the Digiteam architecture principles are followed by all products 
• Promote the enterprise architecture vision towards products team, highlight the risks of siloed product and reorient decisions around a unified Customer experience
• Assist Solution Architects to define solutions by Persona (roles) rather than Products users only
• Assist Solution Architects to understand the full system context impacting their products and applications
• Assist Business and Solution Architects to define Conceptual and Logical data models, fully integrated in the enterprise conceptual data model 
• Approve Business Architecture and Solution architecture proposed by Solution Architects attached to product teams
• Partner with Business teams owning and managing directly some products (engineering)

Provide reusable Services and Building Blocks 

• Improve architectural decisions process for planned and/or in-flight projects and drive shared accountability of architectural outcomes
• Setup Functional Architecture building blocks
• Promote usage of rapid access to pre-approved development building blocks to speed delivery and improve product quality
• Participate in Enterprise Architecture Map description (Architecture Map : Process, Applications, Data)

Coach Solutions Architects

• Identify and evaluate Solution Architects skills, promoting their career
• Animate the network of solution Architects and deliver regular best practices and update regarding platforms and knowledge
• Initiate peer forum to share architecture guidance
• Define Solution Architects tooling

Instill architectural thinking to non-architects

• Design a curriculum to teach Enterprise Architecture practices
• Identify and mitigate common architecture decision making pitfalls that undermine time to market and quality.  Define and implement decision tool assisting solution architect to propose the right solution in the first shot
• Provide tools that enable a shared foundation for architecture communication (common terms, graphics, documentation) for non-architects
• Provide self-assessment tools to further instill architectural success across delivery and operation teams 

About You:

•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 15 years of experience in Technical Architecture
• Experience in managing a team as a line manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Ability to keep a mid term / long term mindset while keeping pragmatism 
• Experience in enterprise business process management
• Architecture skill validated by a certification (TOGAFF is a plus)
• Proven experience in Business Service, building blocks and solution design
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in architecture 
• Knowledge of emerging data & AI technologies and trends, and a passion for staying UpToDate with the latest developments in the field
• English spoken professionally
