Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Paris for a Vice President of Customer Experience. The Vice President of Customer Experience will oversee strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, design and implement customer service initiatives, and ensure that customer experience aligns with the organization's goals. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, drive a customer-centric strategy, and measure the success of customer engagement programs. Regular analysis of customer feedback and identification of areas for improvement will be part of the daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, performance metrics, and feedback for informed decision-making.
- Experience in Strategic Planning to shape and implement effective customer experience frameworks that align with organizational goals.
- Deep understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to identify customer needs to drive improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred; advanced degree is a plus.
